Back from a 2 click run!

Whoo Good start!! I am happy, not that tiring.. quite comfortable.. should have run more but i am meeting yu yang for movie at 0930

Went malaysia today to visit my ah ma! she finally say i slim down.. she like nvr say i slim before.. always all me Ah fat fat..

75Kg by Nov 15 is tough cause i am back to 79 or 80 le.. due to the relax week haha

i will try my best to go there.. yes i am going to progress..

Thank you jie jie for treating me to dinner before i am going army.. Hopefully i will control my eat haha
