Hi all i am back blogging, i know it has been sometime but i was busy with church stuff and managing my own weights..
78 KG by 31 OCT.. is a bit tough, but i wil try toupdate my weight almost everyday from now to 31st.. to monitor myself.. i had to really breakthrough this time.. i had fail my plans for around 5 to 6 times? which is embaressing but i am trying to do it in the 7th attempt.. 7th!! a very Nice Number..
EDGE on this friday!! my Bro.. EDWIN is leading, yeah, So proud of him.. what can i say more? he keep on breakthrough since the day i know him.. Rising up as CGL, then slowly to Zone guitarist then keeping himself so fit that getting attached SO fast.. haha.. not really fast but the times we had are just purely FUN and when we experiencwe FUN stuff it tends to be Fast..
I got my first breakthrough.. leading praise in Cg with Jian an this coming sunday..
more to come yeah? haha
officially i am going in NS in around less than 50 days.. i am SOOO excited.. yeah.. use to be worried but it is a time for me to slim down even more and keep myself fit.. After being Fat for 9 years.. i want to end it in the 10th..
84kg need to get to 78kg in 2 weeks time seems to be mad.. but 6kg in 14 days.. i try la hor.. :) not easy..

Jay Chou Album is out i think, i did went out of the house today.. i pre-ordered it.. hopefully i can get it before tmr .. tmr got evaluation test..
Fruits and proteins meat are my friend for the next 6 days :0
